It consists of an inventory placed at a customer's location, for which Boscus Canada Inc. retains ownership. Invoicing and payment is not made until the items are actually used. The customer agrees to keep his Boscus salesperson well informed of its order log and future lumber needs. With that information, Boscus buys the needed lumber and makes sure that the inventory mix and level fits the customer's needs. We have developed a great understanding of that market and you could benefit from it. Our salespeople could help you, if you like current prices, lock in a profit on your actual inventory, or offer you lumber at fixed prices for a period of time that could span over 6 months. They are very active in Eastern States. They do direct mill and distribution sales out of our reloads. OUR TEAM / COORDINATION TEAM There are seven employees working in the Coordination Department: Mathieu Brière, Josée Laflamme, Vincent Turbellier, Isabelle Richer, Karen Stoltz, Chantal Traversy and Marc-Olivier Laflamme. This team manages the inventories, customs paperwork, logistics and management analysis. Its main purpose is to insure a total satisfaction for our clients, which mainly involves on-time deliveries of orders. OUR TEAM / ACCOUNTING With a combined total of over 35 years experience with the Boscus team, our accounting department is comprised of seven members. Payroll, human resources, credit and senior accounting duties are the responsibility of our controller, Velena Briand. In Accounts Receivable, supervisor Connie De Mizio and accounting clerks Murielle Pitre-Smith and Sonya Dubois handle all customer invoicing, cash receipts, follow-ups and any other issues that may arise related to accurate and timely customer billing.
