VMI
Our VMI program, developed over the last few years with our customers, consists of placing inventory at a customer's location, for which Boscus Canada Inc. retains ownership. Invoicing and payment are postponed until the items are actually used.
Our customer stays in constant communication with us, so that we can buy the needed lumber and ensure that the inventory mix and level fit our customer's needs. In this program, our customer agrees to keep their lumber requirements fully satisfied by Boscus' inventory.
