Isabelle Fradet ,Sales Manager

A finance graduate, Isabelle has been in the lumber business for 12 years, all of them with Boscus. She is a dedicated salesperson, she has developed a niche with engineered products manufacturers and producers of I-Joist and roof trusses. She also handles the distribution of "OSB" panels out of our Montreal reload center. Mother of two little girls, she enjoys gardening, fishing, and traveling.

Richard Théberge

Richard holds a BSc in Mathematics, and has extensive industry experience with Abitibi-Consolidated, where he spent five years at the pulp mill, 18 years as a lumber salesman, and 12 years as a Sales Manager. Feeling ready to take on a new challenge, he joined the Boscus team in 2002 as Sales Director. His experience and credibility have helped him to quickly develop strong relationships with mills and customers. Father of four, he takes pleasure in golfing, fishing, and traveling with his family.

Jean-François Laflamme

A marketing graduate, Jean-François started his career as a salesman with Canada Packers and, after two years, decided to join Boscus' team. He has been in the lumber business for over 15 years. Throughout his years at Boscus, J-F has developed strong relationships with Quebec manufacturers and retailers. He specializes in MSR, green, and dry commodity lumber. Father of two, he enjoys tennis and marathon-type races, and is a big hockey fan.

Luc Cousineau

Luc has been in the lumber business for more than 15 years. He started his career as a lumber buyer in the Ottawa region before joining our team, where he has been for 14 years. Even though he has and still sells commodity lumber to a variety of manufacturers and retailers, he specializes now in "treatment" quality and premium lumber. Father of three, he enjoys biking and cooking, and has a passion for wine.

Éric Melançon ,Trader

Growing up in a family where construction has no secret, Éric has been working in the lumber industry for over 12 years. He has more than one string to his bow. He started working on the construction with his father, later worked in a hardware store and in a sawmill as student employment. From press operator to production foreman at Forex (LP) OSB plant in Maniwaki for 7 years, he became a lumber/OSB trader with Uniforet/Arbec in 2002 and now joined Boscus since January 2008. Father of 2 wonderful girls, Éric adores hockey, he practices hunting, fishing, golfing and he’s passionate for wines.

Marie-Ève Fradet

Marie-Ève is a Business graduate with a major in marketing. She worked for two years in the electronics business before joining Boscus Canada Inc. in October 2002 . She serves a wide variety of customers with mostly structural lumber needs, including MSR and Wides. Marie-Ève enjoys gourmet cooking, reading, and skiing and snowboarding.

Jeremie Sweeney

Jeremie has been in the lumber industry for over 9 years. He started in the Ottawa area working for Goodfellow Inc. as an inside salesmen. In 1999, he moved to Montreal to trade lumber with the Weyerheuser Trading Group. He has been with Boscus since December 2004. He is currently working with Luc Cousineau in "treatment" quality and premium lumber. Jeremie enjoys music, reading and a good game of chess.

Marc-Olivier is a Business Management graduate. He worked with the coordination team for around 7 years. Rubbing shoulders with the sales segments, he developed a distinct interest. For the past 2 years, he is now part of them. Moreover, he is a big sport fan, particularly hockey, golf, fishing and sport car racing.

Pierre La Salle ,Trader

In the building materials industry for over 20 years, Pierre began his career, in the family business in 1988. After its sale in 1998, he worked 8 years for Groupe BMR as purchasing agent for panels such as plywood and OSB. Since October 2006, with Arbec Forest Products, he concentrated his efforts in marketing OSB on the U.S. and Canadian markets and with Boscus, since 2008. Motorcycling, hunting and fishing are what he enjoys the most.
